Good food , its a shame the rice is white and the pancake roll , is way to big and it should be 2 smaller ones .soggy and greasy pancake roll . Put it in the bin and wont be ordering that again . And shredded beef was good
The negative reviews are strange. This is a 10/10 Chinese takeaway. I’ve never in my life had Salt and Pepper Squid as crunchy and tasty as I have from here today. It was so good I ordered 2 more portions. It is that good. All the items are always piping hot and fresh. Best Chinese ever.
Soggy prawns, and curry too sweet for a curry. Pork chow main tasted dry and burnt. Honestly can’t find a decent Chinese in Portsmouth!
Food was dry no taste won't be using again . Could well have been reheated food from previous day
I am a regular customer and was absolutely shocked and disappointed with my order tonight. The woman got my order wrong and when I called up to try and resolve it she was extremely rude to me and started shouting at me in Chinese. I requested to speak to the Manager and after 10 minutes of the Woman arguing with me she eventually put me on the phone with the Manager. The delivery driver bought out the correct dish after waiting for an hour and when he did the food was freezing cold and badly cooked. I am very disappointed with the customer service, the quality of food and the disrespect that they showed a valuable loyal customer. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this place again!!!
Went home from work. Got there about 10:30. Ordered a curry and rice, just to get home with hardly any curry sauce. Was like the tide had gone out… Won’t be using them again.
Have had many meals .they are excellent and always hot .
I ordered my menu for delivery. It was awfull i could not even chew the food it was tough and hard. I ràng the shop and the young girl just said i tried some all ok she would not listen never will order again
Food arrived after 1hr 10 minutes, the food was cold and was missing items. Phoned them up and took over 35minutes to send out the missing items. What a joke.
A great meal enjoyed by 6 of us . Everything freshly cooked and delivered quickly . Definitely using again
