   Ordered takeaway at 5:20pm for the family on 24th Dec. After 2 hours I called, several times, and when the call was finally answered they said that they were slow on deliveries and to try again in a few minutes. An hour later, around 8:40pm, I called back, again after several times, and was told our order would be cooked in the next batch. Food arrived about 20 minutes later, and the driver explained they'd received over 100 orders within the first hour. Surely this would be an indication to suspend orders until they had capacity to take on more?? Anyway, the food was okay, however the next morning (this morning - 25th Dec) when we opened the leftover Chicken Fried Rice, I noticed there was a prawn/shrimp in the rice. Thankfully no one is allergic to seafood in our family, however I'm concerned that this may have happened to others. This has put me off ordering from them again, which I'm disappointed with as we've had several good meals, however this experience hasn't been good. I appreciate we ordered on a busy evening, however if they did not have capacity to keep on top of orders (whether that be on the counter, in the kitchen, or for deliveries), then they should have considered suspending orders temporarily.

   Used this Takeaway for years but last few months has gone down hill. Today, Spring Rolls and King Prawn Chow Mein, Rolls full of cabbage, no bean sprouts, Chow Mein filled out with Broccoli and no hint of any 'Chinese' flavour ie Sesame or 5 Spice. Portions a lot smaller, not bothering again.

   We always ordered from Chamberlain takeaway and have done for years. Meals are good value for money, and if we have ever had any problems they have sorted it out for us straight away. Nice staff very welcoming if we've called in to pick it up, and if we have it delivered. Usually comes within twenty to thirty minutes. Very good service

   Not ordered for about two years after a rubbish meal and same again tonight, tasteless food and poor quality. Hot and sour soup with only one piece of beef and one prawn and peas (not in a soup pot either). Also took 1hour 30min to arrive. Wouldn't feed my dog it.

   First time going here, well..... I Waited over 2 hours, food was cold rang up to ask for a refund but one wasn't given and told me the driver had to go home to use the toilet.
