   We ordered takeaway for collection the other day. The food tasted great, as always. Although, it would be nice if the kitchen staff would treat the young lady taking orders with more respect. She was doing an incredible job balancing multiple non-stop phone orders and in-store customers at a time, yet the kitchen staff failed to speak to her nicely. This was extremely disappointing to see and hear.

   You would have to go a long way to find a better Chinese restaurant / take away than this little gem tucked away in the heart of Alverstoke village. Nice and clean, friendly service and lovely food. What more could you ask for ?

   First time order! Had to change as our regular Chinese has gone down hill. Only ordered a chow mein each as we both weren't overly hungry. Both had one mouthful of each others dish and got food envy. Will definitely be back and happy to have a new favourite Chinese!

   My friend and I are both gluten free and often struggle to find good Chinese food that we can eat. We heard this place does plenty of gluten free options and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was great. Would highly recommend!

   Food is amazing here. It's super tasty and not greasy unlike other Chinese restaurants we've tried. The girlfriend particularly liked the crispy shredded beef. If I could find two faults it's that they don't do salt and pepper chicken wings or give you free prawn crackers but that is being Uber critical. Take out that doesn't take ages to cook. Would definitely recommend. Parking in the village can be a chore so would walk if you can.

   We thoroughly enjoyed an evening out with friends, the food was fantastic and the staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly. The owner of the The Little Palace also came out from the kitchen to say hello, a lovely touch to make sure his customers were happy The restaurant was full so booking would be advisable. Excellent food, excellent staff and a fantastic night had by all.

   We went here for the first time last night after seeing many positive reviews on line. What an amazing restaurant. The food was perfectly prepared and, unlike many Chinese restaurants, not too heavy. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the big surprise of the night was the wine. The label was Between Thorns and is easily one of the best restaurant wines I've ever had. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
