The food is good but not excellent, service always with a smile and it’s a Chineese. It seems slightly more expensive than some like for like elsewhere.
Absolutley brilliant service food and portions absolutley spot on phoned up tonight placed my order for delivery was told 40 mins 15 mins later was at my door Well done got to be the best chinese on the island
We often order from here for delivery, never had any complaints, the delivery times given are real and the food is of a high standard, I just wish they would do Yuk Sung, that would be amazing. Always very friendly and polite on the phone too. I would definitely recommend.
Friendly, Fast and Tasty! 5 stars Ordered 2x crispy shredded beef, roast duck chow mein & Singapore noodles whilst waiting for the red funnel ferry. Ideal. Soft drinks available. Rio, Dr Pepper etc… Lady at reception was super friendly and helpful. All very efficient. Very clean inside and gives you confidence in the food you’re about to order. Food tasted authentic & fresh. Would recommend.

Generally very tasty but a vegetarian meal had couple of small pieces of chicken at the bottom of the container. Very off putting.
Big menu, food was tasty, little more expensive than my usual takeaway , would definitely use again
Authentic HK sweet & sour pork, perhaps the best in Europe! ;) So glad to discover this germ, while waiting for the ferry, very efficient, save time to have dinner as still 2 hours to go home...Thank you so much, Jade garden, highly recommend! P.S. use asian vinegar instead of UK one will taste even better
Always been great food but ordering system only by phone and in person, you can never get through to place order at weekends and have better way to spend my time so have been using Newport Chinese who deliver to East Cowes who have an app. Quality good and portion sizes are a little bigger so this balances the extra 1.50 delivery charge, sure others will cotton on within time. Perhaps time for Jade Garden to join the digital age of 2021
