I popped in today and the staff are super polite, friendly, and extremely helpful! It's handy to know there's a branch right here as parking in town is a nightmare and the service received makes it more pleasant to visit.

Very nice staff! Im a teenager and go there every now and again to give money in but now im at school again for year 11 I dont have time to get there before it closes. I end at 3:10 and i dont get home till 4-4:30 normally even though I live close. So my only problem is the closing time and weekday only stuff

I was wary about going into the branch due to Coronavirus and the fact that my main account is an online account but the lady who helped me this morning could not have done more to put me at ease and help me with the transaction I needed to make. In these troubled times it is comforting to know that old fashioned customer service is still alive.
My review is based on the branch located on this site which is open to members of the public, it really is a gem of a branch. Parking space is always free and available, the staff are friendly and after having had a recent refurb it is clean and modern inside. They offer everything the high street branches have to offer and the location means it often gets overlooked by members of the public. I'd avoid using it at lunchtime as it can get a little busier but if you're a Nationwide customer and live local then you really should try the Moulton Park branch, you won't regret it.
My sister has been through 12yrs of hell working for them, they don’t listen or sort out disability issues..no real understanding of deafness even after assessments recommend specialist support..
I have a ppi cliam with nationwide they kept in contact and sorted it out very satisfied with the results also had a mortgage with them for many years very good company..
