Today, thanks to Lloyd Gohler at Phoenix Financial Solutions, we received our formal mortgage offer in the post. We had previously spoken with other brokers, however Lloyd was able to achieve a much improved deal for us, one that has far exceeded our expectations. Lloyd is so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He saw us through the most stressful house move and got us an incredible mortgage rate (even on the back of a pandemic, during times where costs are rising). If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!! Our recent interaction with Phoenix finance was outstanding! Lloyd has been absolutely fantastic through the purchase of our house- he has helped us with every aspect from getting our mortgage to reassuring and helping us when things were going wrong! Without Lloyd our house certainly would have fallen through during these unprecedented times! He has helped us push the sale through and has always been at the end of the phone no matter what time, night or day! He answered every question in detail!! He was certainly there when he didn’t need to be which was very much appreciated!
