   Would highly recommend! I worked with Gen and she has been absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a house and she could not have done any more for me. She explained every stage of the process, always answered questions clearly and directly, she was always contactable and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I genuinely believe she went above and beyond what was required of her. Communication was fantastic with the whole company to be honest. It was a free service and though I didn't save on the mortgage itself, the guidance I received and the amount of time and work it saved me was invaluable to me at a a very stressful time.    Excellent service so far, i have been dealing with Louise helping us to get a new mortgage set up for up-sizing. she is friendly and so very helpful and i'm very impressed with the service received. She makes everything clear, nothing is too much trouble, she has processed our application quickly and gone above and beyond working outside of normal hours for us, if you need help with getting a mortgage, looking at all the different options etc i would highly recommend to use Jackson Grundy Financial Services!!
