Natalie looks after us really well - we appreciate having one main person looking after our account, and she's always quick to get back to us. The company is local, should we wish a face-to-face meeting, but more often we do video or phone calls.

Since the pandemic hit, Nicola has outdone herself - she has gone above & beyond in so many ways that this review would be turned into a ‘Novella of Nicola‘ xx Nicola’s stability & grounding inspire confidence to contact her to talk through issues that seem overwhelming - she listens, considers, investigates, responds...she cares...my understanding is that this is a unique characteristic amongst accountants; I feel incredibly lucky to have found her in 2009 when I started my business - I’ve never even thought about going to anyone else, as I’ve never had an issue for concern regarding advice, integrity, ethos or commitment. I have, & will continue, to recommend Effective Accounting & Nicola to anyone who even mutters the words ‘Anyone know of a good Accountant...?’
