   I made my last payment on my account in December 2023. They have been reporting on my credit score every month since that I’ve been missing payments off £333!!! I paid this company £2624.93 for a order that was £1200 how can’t why even justify saying I still owe them £333, avoid at all costs

   I cleared my balance on 22nd September and got written confirmation my account was settled. Despite this, Snap Finance still took another £749.50 on 25th September. I called today and no one can help or “is available.” Terrible service.

   Yvette was very polite and knowledgeable on the phone. she explained to myself, all the different ways forward, to pay off my finance arrears. She also maded sure this was an agreement that I could afford to do, to pay off all my arrears. Thanks Yvette.

   I used this company for a short term loan for qualification fees. They were really easy to use and offered an interest free pay in 4 as well as a longer termed interest added option. I paid off my balance early and that was really easy to arrange with the help of Lola who provided all the info I needed and made sure I was happy with the service. Would use again.

   Weekly reminders that payment due . Paid whole bill off and then have a recovery company demanding full payment . Snap stopped contacting me , no way I’m paying double

   i take sofas from them 4 mnts ago 2+2+1 still i didnt receive 1 of 2 seaters item...and aswell missing one leg....we been traying contact them to resolve problem but still nothing...i said reduse payments becouse i dont want anymore that item wich i didnt get....no changes yet after all this time

   Always make sure you check your credit file if using this company. They do not adhere to the Information Commissioner’s Office guidelines and the Data Protection Act 1998. After several requests for them to correct information I have taken this to the financial ombudsman.

   Terrible service. I was accepted 3 months ago and did sing the dotted lines to get some items. Waited for 3 months and I still didn't receive the items . Snap then suggested to withdraw and use it better else we're. Then only to he denied..the system makes no sense I didn't even receive an apology as its clearly a mistake on there part . As it does not make any sense to get denied on decant credit and a better income then when I first applied . Disgusting how I have been treated waiting for that long then having to withdraw to then be denied .....StAY AWAY

   I stumbled across snap finance when looking for a bed late last year and cannot be happier that I did. After being turned away by many places due to my credit and being in urgent need of a new bed they really did come to the rescue. They are so helpful and it’s very easy to track payment via there text system. Look forward to using them again in the future.
