   Zero Stars. After they decided to cease their childcare wrap around care at a local school with little or no warning I was left out of pocket after paying in advance for their services. After many emails and conversations to their on site manager I was told its down to the boss to authorise the repayment. I hear others are also in the same boat. After this experience I wouldn't trust them with my children as they clearly don't understand providing a service so who knows what other corners are cut.

   We have just moved to the area and have a nearly 4 year old who was already attending nursery in our previous area 4 days a week. We were so worried about the transition as there is a lot of new changes for her at the same time. Sue was amazing she helped coordinate her trial and were very accommodating and offered her another day in addition. My daughter loved it so much after her first 1 hr trial she was asking if she could have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the nursery the next day! We originally put her down for two full days but we have just gone straight to four because she has really settled well there and says she wants to go! Thank you to the staff and the admin team who have also been integral to keeping our nerves calm as parents too and helping to organise funding and the hours. She already says she likes this nursery than her previous nursery and she hasn't even done a full day yet!

   As a single parent I moved to eccelshall with my son in 2021 Ideally he was going once a week and he has settled in really well he is full time now. My son has learnt so much from the nursery in the last 3 years and has gained some much confidence he is a very smart happy little chappy he loves going to nursery. He has such a good bond with all the staff including Sue the manager. She is very professional understanding and caring. Honestly the girls are gems keep you updated on everything glad I found the right place for my son. Well done girls you are a credit to the community.
