   Bought a suit another store (not new look) but the suit still had a anti theft tag on it, after speaking to the kind staff at the counter and showing them the receipt for proof of purchase they offered to help remove the tag saving hours of hastle returning to the original shop.    Very good shop. Although I don't regularly shop at New Look, it is genrally quite convenient being based on he high street. Vast selection of clothing and staff are usually very helpful.

   Awful just awful. waited in a non socially distanced queue despite being masked up to collect a parcel. The staff were so slow it was unbelievable by the time a third member of staff joined the checkout there were at least eight families (yes families) behind me all talking and chatting on phones. Never in the last 18 months have I felt in a less covid secure atmosphere. Thankfully negative lft next day
