“I felt I had to comment on something that happened in your store this afternoon. I was waiting to pay for my purchases in a queue and an elderly gentleman came in and asked to change a pack of cat food for dog food. The staff obviously recognised him and immediately went to his aid. They were so respectful and kind to him. It seems the gentleman had only a few hours ago purchased the cat food and he has dementia. He is in fact known to them as this has happened on numerous occasions. I commend the staff at Pylmara Road store for the incredibly kind and respectful way they treated their customer.”

What was quality about this post office is that they accepted parcels from Evri, DPD and royal mail so it saved me driving around to lots of different locations.
