   If I could give this place Zero Stars I would Lady in here was so rude too me spoke too me like I was something she tried on Her and another member of staff called me a Liar to my face discussing me behind the counter I heard every word that was said no impressed at all I'm regretting ever using this pharmacy and I certainly won't again ever Avoid at all cost unless you wanna be shouted at by the pharmacist when she is in the wrong then Slagged Off between staff Such a shame as this Pharmacy was handy & One Pharmacist I know who works in there is lovely

   I would like to thank the lovely Pharmacist I saw on Thursday afternoon. At a time when I felt like I was drowning in information and pills, she spent time to explain and organise everything for me and helped me to feel like I could cope. Thank you for your time and patience.

   Extremely busy, queue out of the door most days. Prescriptions can't be completed as a lot of medicines seem out of stock.... don't waste your time getting prescriptions sent here, go to Jaffers if you can. The layout of the shop is terrible. You can't look around because the queue blacks most of the shelves. Very poor.

   They always try to help. The pharmacists always go the extra mile. We have to use your pharmacy a lot, sometimes for emergency prescriptions and your service in this regard is excellent. Its a pity you are closing the other branch in Lee because we don't think the remaining branch will be big enough to cope with the volume. We hope it will not effect what is otherwise an excellent level of service.

   Very slow 3 customers in front of me had problems with their prescriptions not being ready. I think it's Boots policy to keep you waiting to spend more in there shop

   After paying £55.00 for delivery, an emergency prescription cannot be delivered until Monday, despite the fact we are only 100 yards or so away. Most unhelpful staff. Neither my husband or myself can walk..my husband is very short of breath which the steroids are needed for desperately. He now has go out in the cold to pick up the meds, whilst a fit member of staff in her words (is not paid to deliver). What happened to service.!!!

   I am told again and again by adverts and doctors to check symptoms with a pharmacist yet the attitude I got when I asked about my symptoms was both I couldn’t care less and I have no idea what I’m doing. How belittling it was.
