   Very Disappointed, I donated items one day and mentioned I had other items and told what I had and was told yes we will take them too. The following morning took them along only to be told no we don't take them and then by another staff member we had a lot donated in the afternoon. Really! Should have gone straight to the tip they don't mess you about.

   Please DO NOT donate to this store, pick another. They take items that’s been donated then put them in the window for display but not sell, they keep all the good stuff for themselves and the window forgetting it’s a charity and any sell is a sell for the charity. Won’t buy from here anymore UPDATE- I don’t need to do a feedback form, my review was clear We saw an item for sale on Wednesday in the shop and when we returned to purchase the next day it had been put into the window, when asked if we can buy it we was told no it’s being kept for display. We asked again and said it was for sale yesterday, was told it had marks which we said it’s not an issue we’ve seen it and would like to buy, was told no. We expressed our disappointment considering it’s a charity. Most the decent Xmas decs decorated end up being kept for displays etc it’s a joke really so we’ll give our money to another charity and our donations also who will sell them as expected
