   Use this Garage regularly, a great range of products and for the most part very friendly staff. However, there's this one staff member (Ian) who I seriously think needs retraining in customer service. Most of the time he's pretty blunt and rude. But today he didn't even say hello, he never offers me a bag or any sauces for the hot food I've bought. I got a heat to go wrap today that I've bought from here many times before, he never even offered to heat it up, when all the other staff always do. He didn't even say a single word. This is the 3rd time he's not offered to heat it up. You'd be lucky to even get a "hello" out of him. Really poor customer service skills.

   The garage had fuel this afternoon and the guy on the forecourt making sure drivers filtered into set lanes was doing an amazing job and kept the garage moving. Staff still as friendly as usual even though they had the added pressure.
