I like Roman. I first found it on line in lockdown. The shop in Fareham has a good selection of cloths, at the right price. You can try on the clothes in the store. Plenty of parking nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. I have been there again today.

Clothes good value. Do not like the fact that they will only give you a credit note not cash . Very inconvenient especially as you cannot try on because if Covid. Also when purchased faulty item refused to exchange and had to refer complaint to Customer Services. No longer use shop but purchase on line.

Extremely rude staff, not interested in their customers. Always gossiping, never seem bothered to offer some assistance. I can see why shops like that disappear from high streets as people prefer to shop online. I was very put off after my recent visit when I was trying to speak to the manageress about a member of her staff and she simply wasn’t interested. Appalling.
