Although I can’t remember the name of the staff member I dealt with, the customer service I received was consistently excellent — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I always felt treated with respect and fairness. I’d happily recommend this store based on my experiences and will definitely continue using their services.

   This is the worst experience I never felt in my life the customer service was unforgettable, so I bought a 15inch speaker this summer in June, and they gave me 12 months warranty, this recently beginning of December I went to the store they wasnt happy when I showed up with the speaker, I told them that the speaker started making funny sound, the question they way asking me in rude manner how many times you used it and answered saying twice per 2 weeks and cut me out saying you not specifying how you used it and need to know what happened so we know what to do, and they tried it and saw it was making funny noise then they started talking things that was the fault as saying the injectors you used too much its faulty ( injector) then the worst was saying, you left here it was working so this is not our fault, I was shocked and out of words, didnt want to come back ever, then they said its not under warranty as it was working when we gave you, I ADVICE EVERYONE IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM DONT EXPECT TO RETURN IT THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE NOT DO ACCEPT IT OR TO LISTEN ANYTHING ITS ON WARRENTY BECAUSE THEY WILL MISTREAT YOU. I am still in process to to sue them for not accepting under warranty procedure any, all this good reviews has to be people they know them now random customers like us

   Management is ok highly recommend speaking to the manager the slim guy with glasses before making a purchase most of the products are not checked properly before being sold unfortunately I was blamed for returning items and causing the company issues it’s a joke this is the company fault 1 of the staff member is very cheeky please avoid him and like I said go to the manager before making a purchase.. the star I gave is because the manager sorted me out

   Rang with an enquiry Ben was so polite and helpful. When went to the shop Ross served me and other members of staff were chatting with me and the whole experience was just so good..
