   I came in to find some clothes for my upcoming holiday. Was greeted straight away by a member of staff who I later found out his name was Liam. I was browsing around and before I could find anyone to ask for sizing and fit, Liam found me to ask if there was any help I needed at all. Liam went above and beyond for the rest of my shopping experience offering me the fitting rooms to try different sizes and styles, but also showing me multiple items in different colours. He was explaining all the different discounts on offer and it really felt like I had a personal shopper for my whole experience. He kept items behind the till until I was ready to pay, all the while offering alternatives and showing me what items work well together and what’s best for the hot weather of my holiday. Really felt like a tailored experience and really isn’t found much in many brands these days. Would be happy to recommend the Champion store to anyone I know and make sure that they ask for Liam. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and for Liam himself more like 10 stars!

   Really impressed with the service I received in the store. The attendant helped with extra sizes, getting them for me in the fitting room as I had chosen them incorrectly. They also recommended some other bits to go with what I was already buying.

   I visited the store over the weekend and the staff were very welcoming. The young girl on the shop floor made my experience very pleasant as she spent the time to help me find what I was looking for and going back and forth to get me different sizes. I am always happy to shop at Champion, especially the Portsmouth store

   Appalled to hear a story from a colleague , a paying customer , who was treated very rudely by a female sales staff over Christmas. I hope for the sake of this company and other customers this matter is addressed properly , it won’t be the first or the last from the sounds of this persons vile behaviour . We should not be hearing about these incidents in this day and age and god knows what it was motivated by. I was sickened to be frank after hearing her story and she is the most articulate, calm and caring person you can ever meet. It has also given me a very negative picture of the store and the retail park as a whole.

   This store has good collection of sale items. Please put some hooks in try rooms to hang clothes. It is very inconvenient to have a try room with no hooks or rails at all.

   I visited this new store today and I must say it's very good. Big spacious layout and plenty of choice for Female's and Male's. Outlet prices so guaranteed a bargain.
