I went into the Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays store for Christmas shopping. I was looking for shirts and the staff was very helpful, measuring me to find the right size, explained the different fits, and showed me the options. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the lady’s name, but the service was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
Refused to take back a top that didn’t fit, which had never been worn other than to try on. I have supported Hackett for decades (I spent thousands on my wedding attire alone) but they’ll never get another penny of my money due to poor attitude or this store.
I looked for a present for my boyfriend. Staff was very helpful and gave me a lot of suggestions. I love the quality of the clothes, would definitely come back !
A pleasant experience, the shop was nice and clean and the staff was fantastic. We were helped by a staff member called Freddie who was incredibly helpful in finding a jacket for my dad. Overall the staff were very helpful and in the end we would happily shop here again.
Firstly, I normally shop in Primark. We went to the store today to buy a suit for my son's prom. We were served initially by one gentleman. (I didn't get his name, but he was a recent starter) and his service was excellent. While we were choosing a shirt, Freddie came into the conversation. He directed us in the right direction for a shirt and gave good advice for the colour of a tie. I never shop in places like Hackett as I find them slightly intimidating. Freddie and his colleague were polite, helpful and gave really good advice. The tailoring service was required to shorten the trouser legs and this was arranged without any fuss or stress. All in all, a very positive experience with excellent staff.
Oh my, how nice it is to have proper customer service. The young lady that served me is a credit to the team. Superb.

Visited New Years day, purchased a burgundy vneck jumper, £129 down to £64 I believe, liked the jumper so much I wore it out the store. Staff were friendly and talkative, complimented my outfit too!
Very nice polo shirts but seriously expensive too.... Given tho they do last for a long time but they are not worth the £60 but that said they have some good deals here - half price and better.
Very nice shop to go to, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Their products are absolutely next level in terms of quality, I mainly get their polo tops rather than their suits, but even so they are brilliant. I think that maybe they are a little overpriced but they are really comfortable. My only suggestion, it is not a bad thing about the shop or the people, but the colours on some of the polo tops seem to be a bit off colour, like they had been laid in the sun for too long. But some of them can be really good and they can be worn by some people. Overall a very. Nice place to go and somewhere I never miss when going to Gunwarf Quays. I do love the way that you also base the colours and what is on the polos especially to match your racing colours or the drivers of those teams.
