   Paid £99 for Nike golf shoes. Delivered promptly however the lace on one shoe was badly fraid , not what you would expect so makes me wonder if they have been returned previously. Should have been checked before sending. Contact seller and waiting for new lace to arrive.

   Excellent customer service at every point of the process. We ordered some absolutely gorgeous golf shoes which very sadly were just too narrow to be comfortable on rather wide feet! The team at Scratch72 made the returns process unbelievably easy: free returns, pick up from your home, refund processed promptly, and emails/calls dealt with quickly and very helpfully. OK, so this particular pair of shoes didn't fit, but I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.
