Had a great experience at Clarks to buy school shoes. Very organised without any issues with our fitting appointment. Special mention to Amelia who was patient and kind to my children while she measured their feet and helped them pick their shoes. Well done!
Avoid this store, they have wireless equipment that relies on phone signal. Ended up paying double (first transaction faild but money still left my account). Still waiting weeks later to get my money back through clarks head office. (Whiteley is a valley. You cant rely on phone signal)
Terrible service. Over one hour to get two pairs shoes. Not due to loads of people, we were number 68 and when we left they were on number 4 again!!! Sales assistant disappeared for 20 mins to find two pairs of shoes, and I had to get someone to go and find her.Then when she came out with them they didn't fit?? How is that even possible as she measured their fit. Train your staff properly!! Will not be returning

Fantastic experience with the helpful staff. Sized feet, found shoes, all without any fuss and very efficiently. One happy little lady later... Will use again.

It has plenty of space but never has much stock compared to other branches. Could also do with stocking more bags.

Not today, she was so helpful and came up with solutions to any issues with the shoes. She was patient, friendly and listened to what my son was saying regarding the shoes he tried on, which worked wonders! I highly recommend this store and the service we received!
Really friendly staff and fòot measuring service for my son. When they didn't have what we wanted in stock they offered to order it in. The only thing stopping it being 5 star is the fact you have to pay before you try the ordered stock and it would be better if you could order it in then pay for what you want but I appreciate it's no different to online orders in that respect and if we are not happy with the shoes we can get a refund so happy days.
