   Please never buy online from this store…it’s very wired….they have too old manufacturing product which is not safe for water activity. The online store website is also incomplete as they don’t have refund return button and process which is much challenging to track it as per my current experience for my order buoyancy aid (deliveries too old product I.e manufactured in 2021 which is not good for safety) and also there refund and return policy is very challenging and replacemnt policy is also wired As I bought with delivery charges to use during hot week…but I have to cancel my plan due to delay and return/refund/replacement policy and find any other way.

   Online service team are amazing, they cannot do enough for their customers. I had a delivery go missing and no quibble they replaced and reshipped the entire order. I then had a return which I had been very slow in returning, 3 weeks due to holiday, they shipped the replacement the next day. I could not recommend them more highly! Thanks Steve
