   My sister and I took our younger brothers into the Newport, Isle of Wight store this afternoon (Wednesday 8th January) to buy them suits for our beautiful Mum’s funeral. Lisa saw us looking at the suits and came over to help. Lisa was absolutely wonderful and so very kind. She made what would have otherwise been a sad experience, a lovely, memorable one that all of us were so grateful for. Lisa truly went above and beyond to help us, and to make sure that the boys would look smart and feel comfortable on the day of the funeral.    Visited with my family during a recent holiday. The assistant in the shop followed my Grandaughter around the shop as I believe she thought she was going to steal something .my Grandaughter is black and I feel this “suspicious” attention was due to the colour of her skin !!!!!

   Disappointed Rarely have my size in the things that I like. Recently my order was sent to the wrong store and was delayed, and more recently, I went to collect my order and it was showing as ' collected'. A member of staff seems to think it was sent back and it was suggested Head Office did this. Although they re-ordered the items to arrive at my home the next day and they said they woul meet the cost of postage, I was still put through the inconvenience of driving over to collect the items. Before I moved to the island, a good 90% of my clothes were from Next. Sadly this is not the case any more. I'm fed up with continued disappointment.

   The next shop is always clean , smart and on trend when it comes to fashion for you & for the home. Next have a incredibly collection of a gift sets of home aroma & ladies and gents scents. This store has disabled access and a incredibly disabled changing room. The staff are always helpful and they always make you feel like you matter.
