   SCAM. Goods did not match the sample on the advertisement. Myself and my sister bought acai bowls at 10.30 on Thursday the 14th August. The acai was brown and was already pre frozen in the bowls (not fresh). The acai was rock hard and was not what I expected to get for what I payed for. Worst acai. According to the goods and services act 1980, goods must match the sample and the acai bowls that were served to us clearly didn’t match the sample because they were brown and pre frozen and on the poster that was being advertised the acai was purple and fresh looking. I am so frustrated

   Visited Sucos Shake N Juice, Newcastle NI today on a hot summers day, hoping to get a nice, refreshing drink to help cool off. My family stood outside, while I went into the store to grab a drink. I waited patiently at the counter, and two other customers joined the queue shortly after. The server ignored all three of us for over ten minutes — making drinks with her back turned, then walking away to Nugelato without any acknowledgment. She did not seem to be serving anyone else unless the items she was making for herself or for an online order. There was no one in front of us. When I tried to ask another staff member at Nugelato what was going on, the original server saw me and walked out the back without a word. None of us were addressed, updated, or apologised to — we were simply disregarded. While it seemed there was only one person working in each store, understaffing is no excuse for this level of poor treatment. A simple “I’m sorry, I’ve seen you have been waiting - I’ll be with you in a few minutes - we are just understaffed today” would have made all the difference. Instead, we were met with avoidance and silence. In the end, all three of customers at Sucos left the store with absolutely nothing — frustrated, overheated, and feeling completely dismissed. This kind of service is unacceptable.

   Got the pacific passion smoothie yesterday it was lovely, staff very nice. When drinking I found a couple shards of white plastic, maybe something in the blender broke and the girl didn’t realise but very dangerous especially is a wee child was drinking it.

   Fantastic juice bar offering a huge range of protein shakes,juices etc. Shop is so clean and staff very friendly, a great place to chill with a refreshing juice in a comfortable environment. Highly recommended.
