Food , service was very nice and take away also on point , love their doner box and had a chance to try their Beliner doughnut balls which are very nice , must try place at least once for their service and taste , staff are accommodating and polite
loved every minute had a splendid experience food was tasty,had the boss box Og it was mouthwatering,server lady was really great and kind who helped us to order while facing problem to order on the screen. 10/10 would recommend.
I’ve visited this branch a couple of times a year since it opened around 2022, and it’s sadly gone downhill. The place looks tired — dirty toilets, unclean tables, and duct-taped couches. Food is still okay, and portions are decent, but my paid extra topping was missing. Not the worst meal, but the general neglect makes it feel depressing. Probably my last visit.
Went out for a walk and a bite for dinner. Found the ordering stands easy to use and order, with plenty of choices. OG Kebab Meal, Flaming Fries, Garlic Signature Pot along with a Cold Fanta. Perfect evening walk with excellent mix of spices working together with the fanta. Thanks to the staff behind the line for the well made food and a personal thanks to Olivr for his great service! Will definitely visit again when visiting again. Cheers from Denmark.
Expectation vs. Reality , service is not very good. waited a long 25 min. The fries were all cold. we had already eaten there before, everything was fine, but today it’s just terrible!!!
Enjoyed my first gym box few weeks ago so thought I'd get extra mixed meat for my tea tonight..paid £2.50 extra..VERY disappointed and still hungry!! £9.49 for a SMALL box of salad! Will not be using them again..
£10.48p spent on cold food and a warm drink.. Left the store opened up my food to find cold chips and cold chicken. Returned to the store to ask for the food to be replaced only to be told the food is warm but then the cashier said we will replace the chips only mitigated guilt.. u can see the hard cold chicken pieces in the photo As for the warm can the pictures on the self serving machine show the 250mil cans of diet coke but only received the 175mil at a cost of £1.74 a can. Sorry but the staff had nothing but attitude towards me and somewhat found it funny.. The guys in the back had 3 orders returned while I waited for the cold food.. and the cashier completely blanked the poor boy who wanted service... Returned with the gift voucher from the GDK team.. Unfortunately the time spent in store was over 60mins for the boss box.. it seems the focus is online delivery and everyone in store are left waiting for food.. The chips again cold but the kebab was very nice.. U are loosing in store customers because the outside delivery demand is to high on the hull restaurant.. wait times are too long.. the guys in the picture had been waiting for 50mins or more
Absolutely disgusting, I waited 15 minutes for a simple cheesy chips with jalapeños, what my partner got had no chips, no cheese sauce, and looked like its been picked up off the floor. The staff ere like ROBOTS only focusing on getting the orders done and out the way. No pride in there food at all. We visited there once before and it was great food and nice experience, we were planning on making it a regular thing, but after last night's anti climax and big disappointment we won't be going there again, disaster
Had a lovely meal here tonight. I get the feeling the layout is a little like Another well known fast food company. I do have to say tho it’s a very busy place to wait her eat in or take out. The staff are polite enough but don’t really have that little bit of customer service I would expect, I can only assume it’s because they are so busy, which is a shame really as it would Make a visit here perfect. The food is beautiful, I could have eaten it over and over again. The fries were pipping hot and crispy the kebab was again pipping hot and tasty behold belief. The spices were perfect and I could not have asked for a kebab better than I got. Well worth a visit.
