   Aberdeen Beach Pets at Home - Sunday 14th December. Abet close to closing. On entering the store, to collect only a small pack of pet bedding and unaware of the time.  My teenagers were barely passed the door threshold, had not spoken to any member of staff, when they were told by a male member of staff at the till to quote "have a quick look and then get out". To be told to "get out" by a member of staff, at any time, is simply not acceptable. At this point, my teenagers simply turned around and left.  The staff members then locked the door, prior to official closing time. Regardless of any of the above, to be told to "get out" is COMPLETELY unacceptable.  Would this member of staff said this to me, an older disabled person, had I walked in at the same time.  Or does this member of staff reserve this rudeness for young adults that he can, in effect, bully? When this unfolded I was in direct view of this member of staff from out with the store, I witnessed the full event.  As it was, my teenagers were helping me as a disabled person. There is never an excuse for such poor customer service.

   Don't bother wasting your time when it comes to the aquarium section! It's hard enough to get the fish in the first place. Asking 101 questions, hurdle after hurdle, and when I started asking questions they didn't seem to know the answers? Asked my mum to get me 3 more peppered Corydoras for my tank and one has his barbels missing, damaged dorsal and caudal fins and seems very lethargic. Won't bother in the future with this huge retailer.

   Having recently bought a wonderful new puppy, I rushed to get all the necessary items and treats my new pup deserves. The staff were incredibly insightful, helpful and accomodating to ensure that my new pup's nerves (and his new owners) were replaced with love and comfort immediately. Otto and his new family thank all the staff members who have helped them recently. Would highly recommend going here for new owners who need an easy start to their new chaotic life!

   Just a short walk from the city centre, in a small retail park, so plenty of car parking spaces. Shop has a good selection of items for all kinds of animals, also a selection of live fish, a few rodents, reptiles and spiders, etc. Frozen and live food also available, as are live aquarium plants. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

   Take my dog here for her grooming. She is a nervous dog at the best of times but they calm her down and she then loves getting her grooming done and won't do any cutting until they go through it with me and advise. Would recommend here for anyone to take their dog.

   Whenever me and my wife are in the vicinity of the beach we always make a point to come look in the store, its a positivity boost to see all the fluffy animals, fish and when customers bring their dogs in, really nice to see them too
