   My oldest dog had been going to Rachel for a year or so, she is brilliant with him & made a fantastic job . Was booked in day of Queens funeral, I was phoned to say it was cancelled & couldn't give me another appointment, very bad attitude with staff (apart from Rachel) been waiting for weeks for a manager to call back to deal with my complaint

   We have been taking our Bischon/Lhasa Cross here for several years for grooming. Very happy with the results, the dog also enjoys going too. Very difficult to get bookings in a reasonable time frame, we normally book 2 appointments at once.

   Each visit I am helped by very well informed members of staff who are very good at suggesting new ideas and explaining options. This week I learned that my puppy would probably enjoy chewing on frozen carrots!! He does... I would never have thought of that as a solution if the lively staff member hadn't suggested it!
