   Great outlet for all things Tropical. Bought a couple of shoals of tetras and a bottle of substrate cleaner. I was served by Cara. She is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 for her service, and the stores products, prices and locality.

   This place is amazing. Cara was so friendly and knowledgeable about all things aquariums and I am so grateful for her. She also was so kind to my daughter. Also the other staff are welcoming and warm. Definitely you should check this place out. Also the koi fish are super cool.

   Excellent. Mia is very knowledgeable, polite and even went above beyond in giving ideas on how to rescape my tank. Service is amazing. Bought some gouramis today and couldn’t recommend her and this place enough. Will be back!

   Bought my first ever tank the other day! Was recommended the perfect size starter tank for the space I had, as well as others suggested for whatever I could fit, alongside advice on which fish and plants I'd need for what I wanted (fell in love with the cherry shrimp they keep!) as well as all the different equipment. As it's my first time getting fish, they told me all the information I needed, and spaced it out between my visits so I didn't get overwhelmed. Cara in particular was the one to recommend everything to me, but the other staff has also been just as helpful! Thank you :)

   Fantastic shop - Very good friendly customer service, the shop always looks very clean and tidy and the tanks are always kept immaculate. All the fish always look very well cared for and I especially like that you can buy a little cup of food to feed the Koi in the large tank / pond too the rear of the shop. My son really enjoyed this! 5 stars - Would definitely recommend!
