Always good customer service. Guys are busy, they do their best and still are polite. They answer questions if you have any. If you call they pick up the phone. Some things may be overpriced But it’s handy to have this store/post office in the area.
Open s 6am through the week. Post office inside where you can withdraw cash. Friendly service and well stocked store.
First time ever for me to return a item back to Amazon. I was pleased to find this Gem of a place. They helped me, even with the Post Office being closed. This happened at 19:00 on a Saturday evening although they are open until 21:00 on a Saturday night. Go and support them while you make use of the Post Office. Amazon Return Center. We love the wee little local shops and want them to do good so that they remain a feature in our areas.
Poor service as a Post Office. I got denied a special delivery service I requested just because I had a covid test kit to be delivered to London and that too in a return envelope. The owner of the shop Lied by saying they have got a letter from the Royal Mail that they are not accepting parcels while I had just received the Kit through Royal Mail services the very same day. My parcel got accepted at the Union street Post office without a word. No way of dealing with HUMANS
