Amazing customer service the young lad Adil helped me pick outfits for my son he was extremely helpful and was patient with me, Castore manager , Adil is a keeper!
Only one member of staff with at least 25 keen customers in the store at 14.40 in the day, asking for help was an impossibility never mind getting served. Poor girl on till was absolutely doing her best and staying positive but it was woeful as a customer and from a trading standards perspective.
Very good selection of clothing, especially the Red Bull and McLaren F1 stuff. Black Friday deals not to be missed, especially given the normal price of F1 merchandise
