I found the staff helpful and reassuring and in very good time
The vets themselves are amazing and so kind and patient! But the receptionists are useless and beyond rude hence 4 stars otherwise it would be 5

Is this a joke I have pdsa insurance but i can't call and speak to someone here and even if I do going by there phone service message even with insurance from the pdsa I still can't use this pdsa even when my dog could die is this place for real so why have pdsa insurance waste of time and no help at all

We had to have our cat put to sleep, the staff were great and very helpful
Amazing care and treatment for our cat. He had to get his eye removed and he was looked after so well. Staff were also very reassuring and he is now fully recovered. Thank you so much.
