Staff are all so lovely , the doctor himself was amazing, spent so much time and care into checking my Daisy! would recommend to anyone needing a vet.

Would never use this vet again. We had a wonderful experience when using their Cults surgery but more recently they advised us they don’t offer a vet service there any more and only offer nurses so we were forced to choose Nigg. We had one visit there and were absolutely shocked how bad it was. Cults was bright, modern and excellent customer service, especially from the receptionist who was exemplary every time. Nigg by contrast seems to have a clear focus on revenue, not customer service. We made an appointment at what was at extremely difficult time to discuss end of life care for our dog. The waiting area is tiny and as we waited and waited and waited it got busier and busier. Two receptionists never once thought to advise us that they were running over half an hour late as after 20mins past our appointment time we had to ask what was going on. It would have been kind to keep customers updated on lengthy waits rather than ignore them. After being charged £61 for the privilege of the consultation they couldn’t take payment as their system crashed. Our dog sadly passed away two nights later and we were so glad we didn’t have to go back to that place and instead went to an out of hours surgery at Kingswells. We got a kind card from the surgery but still no bill for the last consultation so I tried to call and pay this but was told I would get a callback within 24hrs. I didn’t, instead a bill was posted out. I paid this thinking we could put this matter out of our head but came back from holiday to a reminder letter to pay it or face it being escalated with charges applied. I called the surgery who could find no record of the bill being paid. I was advised all finance staff were on leave and there were no managers. The receptionist said she would transfer me to a manager in Bridge of Don but after 15mins on hold I hung up and emailed the practice manger with a screen shot to prove I paid. She never replied and my email summarising our experience was ignored which told me lots about how little emphasis they now put on customer care. I eventually got a call back from a different staff member who said she forgot to check a system and had now found my payment and the bill was settled. Our experience has left us feeling that this business is about packing in customers and animals for maximum profit and they have totally lost the excellent customer service approach that their cults branch once offered.

Very disappointed to find, that during a time of need, we got fleeced by these unethical vets. Came here in an emergency and received treatment, appropriate, yes, but after comparing their prices to our regular vet we found out their prices are 3 to 5 times the price depending on treatment (which aren't exactly cheap elsewhere either). Disgusted. Price disparity is ok, but not this much. Yuck.

Watch out – this is by far the most unprofessional and irresponsible place I have had the misfortune of dealing with in a long time.** I contacted this veterinary practice because I urgently needed annual vaccinations and a full check-up for my dog before going on holiday. I explained clearly that the vaccinations were a must, as my dog would be staying in kennels and this was a requirement. A staff member assured me it could all be done – no problem – and scheduled a visit for us. I organised everything around this appointment, trusting their word. Then, out of nowhere, they called me on a Saturday – just three days before my appointment – to say they *wouldn’t* be able to see me after all. Suddenly, they “don’t have time” and “can’t do the vaccinations” they had already promised and booked. No solution offered, no attempt to fix their mistake – just a flat cancellation. This left me scrambling last-minute, with holiday plans and kennel arrangements hanging in the balance. I am left asking: Who is this staff member who promises something they can’t deliver?Do they even realise the disruption and stress they cause their clients? If you value reliability, professionalism, and basic respect for your time, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This practice clearly cannot be trusted to keep their word or honour confirmed bookings

We've been registered with Bridge Vets since 2020, and we've been consistently happy with the level of care and service they've provided. The entire team is incredibly friendly, not just with the animals, but also with the owners. The vets are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. One vet in particular, Henry, stands out for his exceptional care and professionalism. I truly appreciate the dedication he shows, and I can't recommend him enough. What I value most about Bridge Vets is their teamwork and the way they prioritize their patients' well-being. I feel confident and reassured every time we visit, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They really go above and beyond!

Took our new kittens for first check up. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The vet was also thorough friendly, and very informative back next week for first jabs.

I'm half and half with my review. As one I wish you were more upfront how close to death my dog was instead of the receptionist saying I hope she makes it before I knew anything and two sending a dying dog out without the hydration or drip that she needed and the fingers crossed attitude because it was half day Saturday. She died before reaching bridge vets. I do believe you tried harder than vets now and gave good care to try and find the cause. But moving her when she was more stable or straight away to vets now would of been better . Wasn't overly concerned about the money. I did say she was gushing blood on the phone and had to wait an extra hour after opening which I regret not making more of a scene about , just because others had appointment but even if a nurse through the back could of checked her . I can't fully blame bridge vets as two days before we went to vets now and if they had done any tests or checks rather than charging us , doing nothing and sending us home maybe she would be alive today. I remainf sick about it all and feel care was poor from both vets and blaming myself for listening to wrong advice and not knowing better

Our dog started having some issues breathing on a Saturday morning while we were 400 miles from our Manchester home! We called Bridge vets in a bit of a panic and they had us send them a video for one of their vets to look at. They called us back and asked us to come in. Within about 30mins of first calling them we had seen the vet, ruled out anything serious and had some new meds to help her out... all at 8:45am on a Saturday. The staff went above and beyond for someone not even registered with them. Were super professional, friendly and convinced me when we are all moved up to Aberdeen we will be registering with Bridge vets!

Daisy and Maggie, well looked after by Bridge Vets. Thanks for the attention paid to our 2 little girls.

They’ve always gone out of their way to make sure vet visits are a great experience for my dogs. Even when that means doing things in a different way for my reactive boy. It’s clear that every member of staff loves their job and that they all genuinely care for their furry clients. They’ve never tried to push expensive tests on me, and have always given honest advice about what tests and treatments are needed at time. Everything they do and/or recommend is about what’s best for the pet. They are honestly a fantastic vet practice that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
