   Shame as I have been shopping here for 30 years however these new sales assistants make the shopping experience very uncomfortable, I was making my way to the food area then made my way to pay and the women from the make up section I think Clinique that wear the white long jackets, a South Asian short women, was following me from when I walked it, she followed me then when I turned back she turned the other way and pretended to sort out the shelf near the check out area. Very strange and uncomfortable.

   Went into the pharmacy Monday morning to query my CMS prescription which is overdue. Pharmacy assistant said she would look into it and give me a call with an update. Tuesday arrived and I hadn’t heard back. Tried phoning at various times since 08:30am but just keeps ringing out (it’s now 11:00am). I appreciate they are busy, but surely someone out of the many assistants that are usually working behind the counter is not so busy they can’t answer a phone or let me know what is happening with my prescription?

   The location of the store is great, close to ASDA and RGU. It is situated in a clean environment, and has got friendly staff. Prices are bordering on being a bit too high though. Additionally, you can only get very few things here over the counter. It's frustrating trying to get medication that I've been using in my home country because I "don't have a prescription" but I understand that's not the fault of the pharmacy

   If only I could rate a zero, one star is too much for the service they provide. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Been waiting an hour for one item for my disabled parent usually that would take any other pharmacy 10 mins max. Don’t know if their staff are students or graduates but they are seriously beyond incompetent.

   Pharmacy is absolutely shocking. Prescriptions are always a hassle to be picked up, items arent ready after being confirmed via phone, being made to wait 45 minutes plus for two items repeatedly, Prescriptions coming in parts. Avoid at all costs.

   Once you've visited one boots you've seen them all. The one standout point for this store is the often slow quest for the pharmacy and medicines counter. I have had to wait over 30 minutes (with no one else in the queue) just to buy antihistamines.

   It was busy but there was plenty of staff on hand to serve the customers. The staff member I spoke to was efficient, knowledgeable and happy to help. There is a pharmacy in store and an excellent variety of products to choose from.

   Very disappointed with my visit to Boots this afternoon. After browsing the 3 for 2 gifts I went to Lancome with the intention of treating myself to new foundation and enquiring about an eye cream. As there was a special offer on it seemed the perfect opportunity to purchase these items. Unfortunately staff did not seem interested in making sales or helping a customer as I was totally ignored as I looked at and tried different foundation on my hand. Staff were available at different areas in the beauty department, as one was behind me After finishing with a customer, whilst two others were hovering at the end of an isle. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because Tracy was extremely helpful at the till.
