   I paid for 24-hour delivery, yet seven days later the product still hasn’t arrived. The company ignored multiple attempts to contact them and failed to respond to my refund requests. When they finally did reply—only after I quoted their legal obligations as a business—their response was dismissive and aggressive in tone. Charging extra for express delivery and then providing no product, no communication, and hostile customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

   I received the shoelaces and although the quality was good they were not the size stated on the wrapping. They should have been 90cm, but mine measured 98cm. I did not bother returning them as it was not really worth my time. However, I did contact the company by e mail (Francis) to express my disappointment. I asked them to comment on the problem which I hoped they would do as a matter of courtesy. Two weeks down the line and still no response - so I think that sums up their approach to customer service nicely.

   Bought long shoehorn which is absolutely rubbish quality. Francis at The Shoelace gives appalling service and is hard to get hold of. My suggestion is don’t use this company you will be very disappointed and will regret it.
