I left my phone with cracked screen for replacement. First of all they have broke my speaker and charge me extra for the back screen they cracked. I paid £140. They kept my phone about a month. When I told them my speaker is not working, they took it again for "repair". I paid additional £20 and they also broke my camera and returned my phone not glued (in 2 pieces). Also speaker is stil not working, so I couldn't use the phone th normal waay, ony with bluetooth headphone. Then gav refused to refund the money. Now the sceen stoppedd working. I guess it's because it wasn't genuine part butfrom some other model . So now I have a piece of broken trash and paid total of £160. AVOID!!!!!?
