This is my experience with LindyBop. The girl from the customer care was kind and responsive. I ordered an Ophelia Red Swing Dress on March 30th and it arrived on April 7th (I live in Italy), so the delivery was quick. Unfortunately when I got my dress I was rather disappointed: the fabric is not as shiny and soft as it looks in the pictures, it's dull and opaque and the measurements do not match those on the website, the top part is roomy and messy on the front and even after ironing it to try and give it a nicer shape it looks bad, it's impossible to make it look as neat as it is shown on the website. I'll have to try and have it fixed by a tailor.
