I would like to thank Netty for helping me find the perfect complete outfit for my daughter's wedding. The dress Netty chose was far from what I had had in mind, but using her skill and experience, she put together an amazing outfit. There was no pressure to buy and it was a relaxing, enjoyable visit to the shop. On the wedding day, I felt like a million dollars, and that was before I received so many comments from family and friends about how stunning I looked. I would definitely recommend this shop - the staff are lovely and there is so much to choose from, there really is an outfit for everyone.
Rang this morning explaining that I needed a mother of the bride outfit for next Monday. Lady asked me wedding theme and a little about what I was looking for. I told her and said I would call this afternoon and I have just walked away with a full outfit and accessories. No stress, very relaxed and the two ladies couldn’t do enough for me. Wish I had found this amazing dress shop sooner - great range of designers. Fantastic staff Sue and Jane - looked after me so well and sorted the perfect outfit for me. Even gave my husband tea and biscuits while he was waiting. Lovely experience and I will be back.
I went into this shop because it was recommended by another clothes retailer. I wanted an outfit for myself as guest at a black-tie wedding. What a lovely, calm, welcoming shop. I went with a friend for a second opinion & moral support as I have found these more formal shops rather intimidating. We were greeted by a lovely assistant who guided rather than pushed as so often is the case. She was helpful, patient & altogether lovely. She selected several outfits for me to try & gave honest critiques, I trusted her to sort me out to my taste rather than just make a sale. I bought a dress but also a jacket which complimented it beautifully as the sales assistant demonstrated. Altogether a relaxing, pleasant shopping experience. Will certainly use again & recommend. Popped in with my sister just to have a look at Mother of the Groom dresses, so I could get an idea of styles, colour, length etc. Fantastic choice but not overwhelming, which I thought superb. We browsed casually, saw a couple that caught my eye, the lovely lady in the shop asked if I would like to try any on, which she too suggested a couple to try. A little out my comfort zone, the lady was so patient, kind, assisted, suggested, directed me and within quite a short period of time, dress and fascinator on and walked that floor like a 'model'! Thank you so very very much, there was no pressure, felt at ease, tip top service, would absolutely recommend this shopping experience, thank you....Helen Wallis
Having never been to Wats On before, I was apprehensive, I rarely go to nice dress shops nowadays, life has changed so much. Anyway, my apprehension was negated as soon as I walked in the door. The ladies were so helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable too. My husband accompanied me, not the best plan as he has no idea! However, the lady was honest about the outfits I tried on, giving me great feedback on each one. I came away with a beautiful dress for my daughter’s wedding. Two months later, my nephew has decided to get married, two weeks before my daughter. Now I need another outfit. I returned with my good friend and came away with a better dress, hatinator plus shoes and a wrap to go with the first dress. I can honestly say, i would definately go back and recommend Wats On to anybody. First class service, thank you.
Went into the shop today on an off chance to check out dresses for my sons wedding in april. I basically had no idea what style i was after. Thinking I was making a future appointment, how wrong was I. After a discussion with Sally i left the shop with the most perfect dress feeling a million dollars. I cant thank you enough for your help. Highly recommend this shop and the fabulous ladies. My hubby was Well impressed. Thankyou.
