   We ordered my 13 year old son Chinese for dinner. We wanted snack box 3 salt and chilli chicken with fried rice and curry sauce separate which should have been £9.30 and a portion of ribs with peking sauce £8. So the total should have been £17.30. My wife queried this with the member of staff she dismissed her saying you got the bigger portion. The staff member had ordered a full portion of salt and chilli chicken and fried rice which was £9.50 and a portion of curry sauce which was £2.80. This is why it came to £20.30 instead of £17.30. This made it a very expensive takeaway for my son. The bigger portion was great but as my son only eat half the portion and the rest had to be thrown out as the portion was to big. The food was nice and the salt and chilli chicken was nice and crispy and had a really nice heat. The onions in the dish seem to be raw or very undercooked so caused a bit of heart burn. The ribs were nice and the sauce was tangy by again at £8 not really good value for money. Staff need to listen to what customers order and take their order accurately. Overall I do not think I would rush back and would probably not recommend this Chinese to friends or family

   Difficult to eat, I'm sorry to say. Roast pork Chow Mein was very dry noodles with undercooked onion and some pork. Nothing else, no other vegetables or sauce. Cost £9.50. But nice friendly staff. I wonder if a mistake was made in the kitchen?

   For context, I was born and lived in Hong Kong for 18 years and since then, I have eaten hundreds of Chinese takeaway meals in the UK (and beyond). The meal I had this evening from China Palace in Banbridge was extraordinary, it ranks amongst the best I have eaten outside HK. The portions were generous, the meats and prawns were tender and tasty. The spices were evident without overpowering. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable takeaway meal. Highly recommended !

   Great that you can see into the kitchen, unlike most others. Busy at weekends so expect to wait. 4* Food Hygiene Rating. Staff are great. New menu in July 25 with more price increases ☹️

   Very tasty food with massive portions, Always some for tomorrows lunch. Always on time and piping hot. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help if anything’s wrong with your meal. Can’t fault them best Chinese in town

   Having tried a vast amount of Chinese takeaways in Northern Ireland, this is by far head and shoulders above the rest. I would always side with sweeter dishes, and they’re all amazing. My favourite in the entire country.

   Order spring roll that supposed to contain pork,ham,chicken and bean sprouts but what I got was bean sprouts and not one piece of meat.. when phone up the girl on the phone was so pleasant and fixed the problem right any ...never had a problem with this Chinese ,, and if there is that odd occasion its sort quick ✋✋
