Diane on Tills was the best customer service I have received from any B and Q store. Also the young man I spoke to on Friday also provided excellent customer service.
I came into our local B&Q store on the Southampton Road today and eventually found an employee who could help us. I said that I needed some help with gas barbecues and she spoke into her headset microphone and directed me to aisle 10. Despite waiting ten minutes, nobody turned up to help us. Consequently we left annoyed and went down the road to a local business who not only respectfully helped us but sold us exactly what we were looking for.
Thank you so much to John and Becky who helped me design my bathroom. I know I can’t have been the easiest of customers with my many design appointments but I really appreciate how patient you both were with me and showing all the products. Many thanks!
Not impressed with the radiators recently purchased. They are shown as having hidden wall brackets however when they were installed the brackets are clearly visible. This is false advertising. Very misleading and unprofessional. The photo shows one example of four purchased. Now check it against the photos that are shown on the website. For the price they are I would expect a far better product.
Lots of choice but not very big. If they don't have it here, they normally have it hedge end. The staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about when you ask for advice.
In the last few weeks I've gone into return and pick up items. I've had no worries at all. I had 3 big heavy panels to return and a member of staff happily helped me bring them in, from the car. I also needed to find some bubble wrap to help me cover a front bumper, which I needed to post. A member of staff directed me on where to find it. I also went to check out and the lady behind the counter was positive and friendly. Keep up the great work staff!
Visited on 20/11 looking for a Xmas tree. Saw one I wanted but couldn't find the box. Asked an female assistant if she knew where it would be as was showing one in stock. The assistant stopped what she was doing and went and found out where the item was and brought it too us. Only thing didn't like was there is only one till that accepts cash ( witha real human), all the rest are card only payments ( self serve).
Paradise for buying everything you want to renovate your home. Customer friendly. Had almost everything we went in for.
