“I've owned an Armorgard Oxbox for a number of years and very successfully used outside it for our mail. Great size and very strong. Recently the rubber stops protecting the lid wore out and I contacted the company to enquire about spares. They were very helpful and within a couple of days had sent me some replacements free of charge. So now my box it fully functional again. “My microwave door wouldn’t stay closed. Contacted repair company who told me that there was nothing they could do as parts were obsolete. Not being in the position to measure the gap or indeed remove the old one (part of an integrated unit installed by kitchen-fitters about 20years ago) I sought advice from Home Hardware in Portchester. Dhilen came to my home to measure up. He ordered a new microwave for me, and found and arranged for a qualified electrician to come to do the complicated installation for me. (Warning to those getting new kitchens installed: Make sure that your integrated microwave has its own independent power source, and that it is not wired in with the oven unit.) This was service way beyond anything I would expect. Thank you Dhilen. Your shop is a real asset to our Portchester community.”
