Dhilen came to my home to measure up. He ordered a new microwave for me, and found and arranged for a qualified electrician to come to do the complicated installation for me. (Warning to those getting new kitchens installed: Make sure that your integrated microwave has its own independent power source, and that it is not wired in with the oven unit.)
