   I'm a regular user of this store and the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. You never have to wait long and if ever there's a query with a product it's always quickly resolved. And when you make a big online order it turns up the next day. Great value and choice too.

   Screwfix is my supplier of choice regarding diy items, be it tools, electrical, plumbing etc. Generally they have a store in most of the locations where I have been and needed any of the items mentioned. Regards pricing, despite being part of the same retail group as B&Q they offer better pricing, but need to watch out as Toolstation (a competitor) have of late been outpricing them, beware.

   Not really impressed. The web site showed available next day. Hoping for the best I arrived to buy item. Guess what? It wasn't in stock! Ah well. Won't make that mistake again. I needed the item straight away and found our local DIY store had 3 in stock. Job done.
