   Absolutely useless in there i ordered and paid online then stand there waiting for 15 minutes as they serve 3 other people at the till going through there computer and getting the stuff and paying cash what’s the point in click and collect I will be going to wicks or toolstation from now on

   Won’t be coming here again, staff made me feel very uncomfortable as a first time customer and felt very judgy, made faces when I asked simple questions as if I was stupid. Was a woman worker with brown/redish hair, very sad as a first time customer.

   Great staff and perfectly fine. But I find myself heading more and more to Toolstation as they still produce a catalogue that you can look up things in your lunch break or in your van when there is no phone reception or use Toolstations in store catalogue to flick through..... All these used to be available at Screwfix. You're not always sure of what the item you need is called, so its impossible looking for it on the internet or from the screwfix computer consoles.

   I bought a Titan Wet Dry Vac from this branch in August. Today it starts smoking before catching fire. I was able to put it out, it was only being used to hoover a carpet in a home. Called support they said it should be taken to the store so it can be sent off for inspection. I take it to the store really just looking for them to take it seriously - it caught fire and its their own brand! Trainee keeps asking for a receipt, manager Luke reluctantly comes down and just says he's not talking to me until I give him a receipt. I just left it there and told them to deal with it and I'll contact head office. Screwfix are lucky I was able to put it out. Someone could have been killed.

   Not good at all.Purchased on line for nextday delivery which did not happen. If you advertise and confirm nextday I store collection,then you need to stick to it.Messed my work up big time so won't be using them again.

   Very good with social distancing, only two allowed in store, wait outside until a counter point is clear. NO catalogues available, so order online, or find your product codes before you go. Some PPE products sold out, so use the website local store stock check before you go.
