Extremely rude staff who would rather argue with customers than serve them. Was a loyal customer, not anymore. Will not be using this store again. If there were zero stars it would be awarded.

Bloody awful website. When you type in 2 items and one is not available you cannot tell which one it is. There was stuff in stock when I got to the store which the website said there wasn't however.........I witnessed the counter assistant Mark being incredibly helpful and polite to the lady in the queue in front of me and he extended the same helpfulness and politeness to me. Great stuff Mark, thanks very much.

Making it clear that your carrier was parcel force on online ordering, would have changed my choice,ie I would have collected. Now I am stuck unable to finish a job and at the post offices mercy . Cheers

This is the best store by far. All staff members are friendly, polite and product knowledge is very good considering the span of products. The place feels like a second home to me. I do use other stores in Hampshire but this one is definitely my favourite!!
The team at Segensworth Toolstation continue to provide exceptional service and support. Every time I come to the branch I am always greeted with a friendly atmosphere. Their click and collect service is outstanding! A service which I would highly recommend. This service has continued to support my business greatly especially during the national pandemic by providing us with the essential products which we require to ensure we can carry out essential repairs and maintenance. I honestly cannot praise this branch more. Its fantastic!
Always quick and efficient service whenever I have visited. They are always more than happy to help and if even a small queue starts to build up then more staff are bought on to get the queue reduced as quickly as possible. Pricing here is always good value and definitely one of my recommendations for day hardware or parts
