   Absolutely awful, it is trade only, they know sp little about the stuff, screwfix can put them in the pocket. I just hate when I have to go in there. People behind counter behave like they own the world. Ladt time I came there they were all on the phone and they made me feel like I was actually bothering them. Stay away!!!!!!!!

   The best thing Williams Trade Supplies (Williams and Co.) ever did was change to a trade only supplier. They are a great company that always work hard for us customers. All they need to do, to be even better, is streamline their website and online ordering with normal in branch ordering, and improve the online search options and item description details.
