   First class experience with the guys here at Borderland, I am no tradesmen, but they assisted with everything and told me all the tricks, necessary information and instructions to fit this fence. I visited the site in person as I wanted to see the quality of the panels, they are superior quality to one's I have seen from other outlets and would highly recommend getting your fencing from here. Everything needed was supplied, the fence fits perfectly and the quality of all the materials is superb. Another positive note was the price, I was thoroughly surprised and satisfied with what I paid. Highly recommend.

   Disgraceful company, shoddy work, rude and offensive staff. Work is shoddy, gaps in fences, panels bowing and posts wonky and over 20 large nails sticking out for our niece and nephew and dogs to hurt themselves on which had to be hammered back in by us. Contractors can’t follow simple instructions. Advised via email they didn’t require access to our garden as we’d be out and would view/work from the outside. Contractor turned up, rung the doorbell and left a minute later? Nick Mayhew spoken to, was apologetic and sent someone a few days later. Contractor turned up 2 days later for all of 3 minutes and left without speaking to us? Contractor was also supposed to fix our gate which is slamming and the handle broken for the third time - Also not carried out. Contractor also left the back gate wide open, so our dog escaped and was found running down the road. Nick spoken to again, gave various pathetic excuses also saying the gate is ‘too tall’ yet I’m 5’6 and can reach the top and the fences are the same height. Handle also not fixed - no proper excuse for that? Appears they don’t have ladders…? Nick was argumentative, defensive and point blank RUDE. Also offensive towards my stammer and said “don’t you b b b me” - not sure who he thinks he was speaking to? He is rude and unprofessional and I can’t believe he is a ‘customer care coordinator’, because there is no ‘customer care’ there. Completely careless and not to mention a security risk. Work still not rectified and have requested Bellway Homes find another company to take on the work to our fences. AVOID!

   Excellent friendly professional service. 6' x 6' Garden lap fence panels. Spray treated 5 batons aswell for strength. £36 Inc VAT. BQ Stores. Same size panels only 3 batons for strength. £66. You do the maths. I would highly recommend Borderline fencing Newgate Lane Fareham.

   Great guys, very friendly and quick service. Having been let down by another local company I visited Borderland Fencing. Ordered some panels for my sister which were delivered the next day. For my fence I was only going to change 2 broken panels but they were so nice I ended up re doing all of them.
