    Purchased a bathroom from them in June 2023 which seemed good and no problems at the time. However, now it has come to ordering replacement parts the story is entirely different. We contacted Easy Bathrooms on 26 September and am still waiting for a date for parts to arrive. Save Pip, the instore and Customer Services team have been largely unhelpful and are simply blaming the manufacturer for not repsonding to messages which I find hard to believe given how long it has been since they became aware of the issue.

    We have recently had a new shower room installed which we love. It was designed and supplied by easy bathrooms fareham.Karen was extremely helpful and designed it exactly as we wanted and nothing was too much trouble.     Most horrible experience while having my refurbishment done. I have ordered several items on several occasions. Wall panels were delayed for several weeks, glue for panels were delayed additionally, I was send in wrong side of shower base and guess what- yes!! Prolonged delays on exchange. I attempted to buy non slippery shower base. My advice- KKEP AWAY from it!!! What a rubbish Chinese make horrible quality and looks horrendous after use, impossible to clean. Initially it was a nightmare to seal because non slippery surface goes throughout all surface! It wasn’t the cheapest one by the way. Staff at Fareham showroom are nice and tried as much as they can but they depend on horrible main office. Never ever again I will come back to this place. Thanks god this nightmare is over!

    Having to choose everything for a new en-suite during lockdown, the task was made so much easier with the untiring efforts of Karen at the Fareham Branch. Excellent customer service throughout where she showed a genuine interest in trying to help me ‘get it right’! Friendly, interested and very easy to deal with. Delighted with the products I finally chose which in turn I owe to her measuring every little angle to fit into a very tight space and the numerous photos she emailed to me as the showroom was closed to the pubic at this time. 5 stars from me and a big ‘Thank You’.
