   Joke of a company, they believe saying sorry whilst putting their customers out of pocket is a resolution, their director will throw a tantrum after only part delivering an order and cancel the rest of the order to make your life more difficult, now an extra days labour will go into remove the old tiles and get new ones. Their customer service believe sorry is an ok resolutions rather than being more pragmatic about things and then cut you off mid sentence because they lack basic customer service skills. Save yourself time and money, the same tiles are cheaper on salter group by around £7 per sq/m

   This company is an absolute shambles !!!! Avoid them.. Im not 1 to complain but the service from this business and communication is terrible 2 weeks now after delivering 2 packs of random stone on my driveway idid not order im still being ignored. No promised return calls and excuse after excuse actually trying to make us feel we are at fault for there absolute mess. Total wrong packaging sticker for porcelain which I bought and sent sandstone. Booked slot in advance to recieve items on time. 5 days later I got the wrong item instantly called and notified now a week later after still no further forward and 1 false promise after the other expected to wait another week for my item and refusing my money back. Please avoid this company they take your money then really don't care when there's problems. Wont be using again !!!! Shocking customer service!!!!!!

   Don’t bother buying, the pictures on the site are the absolute opposite of what you receive. Warm sand colours turning up steel grey… I don’t think that’s my eyes playing tricks on me, just the company doing that! Contacted for help and just told colours vary and they wouldn’t help swap the incorrect ones out. Do not order unless you don’t care about the colours or custom service you’ll receive.

   Do not buy from this company you will regret it! The quality is shocking.. one of the pallets was not secured correctly so when the haulage company took it off the lorry the tiles all fell. The haulage company raised this issue with paving store straight away and so did I as we could we at the time around 6 tiles where damaged. I was worried more would be so was advised by paving stones the 6 would be in the 10% tolerance so I should still have enough to complete and that they had no more in stock and they didn't want to put a claim on with the haulage company due to costs and time for them! Noting it wasn't the haulages fault! The only alternative they gave was to take back all the tiles in origi nal packaging but we had already started to lay them so this was impossible they gave is £75 refund and I advised I would accept on the current basis but if more where found damaged I would be in touch if I couldn't finish the patio... as guessed we didn't manage to complete it without having to use Chipped tiles!! I got back in touch with paving store who told me to if I had Any further problems and now they are saying as its over 30 days they won't do anything and to speak to ebay!!! What a joke!! We even ended up having to get a prosional in to finish it so it so we could make sure we could complete it due to amount of damage! The company we used was shocked at the quality and said they would also never recommend this company they had never seen such poor quality porcelain tiles in all there years in the industry!

   When the rest of the country is in turmoil I rang Natural Paving to see if there was any chance of a delivery. Millie made it so easy she suggested the stone & suggested all the other materials I needed, took the order & hey presto it was delivered in four days & is now being laid - astonishing service & I couldn't be happier Millie's suggestion was spot on I love the stone, perfect. The delivery driver was superb & with the help of my son got the pallets right into my yard. Thank you I will post pics when its finished. This is the before

   Amazing Customer service, and unimaginably fantastic products for very reasonable prices. Came across these lovely people by accident when looking for a 5M Stone circle, which are really tough to source. Smaller ones are easy, a 5M one not so. However it turned out to be amazing, we ended up buying the limestone stone circle and 30 square metres of matching paving. I internet shop (a lot) however was very worried about paying all this money for something that I’d only seen on pictures, but when it arrived i was over the moon. We even got complements from our VERY hard to please builder, whose standards are sky high, and that was before he knew the price. When we talked about how much it cost he was floored. He’d laid a similar smaller square patio in London a year ago, said the quality wasn’t as good and they’d paid six times what I’d paid. So give them a go. I’m a real person, have absolutely no affiliation to the company, apart from being a very satisfied customer.
