   My 23 yr old horses was extremely poorly and this was my first time needing a pet to stay at a vet. This is not my normal vet so we covered a decent distance to get there. From my first contact with them, I was informed every step of the way as to the best way forward plus how my horse was that day. My horse had one vet Annie throughout and I was updated twice a day and one of them was a phone call. I felt very relieved knowing Annie was there and I got a couple photos too so I could see my horse was improving. I was encouraged to ask questions and to clarify anything. I was also kept informed of the treatment cost daily. As much as I wish my horse didnt need this stay, I could not have asked for better care of my girl. A 5 star stay and treatment rezulting with my mare home and happy.

   Austin, farm and equine vet, at Ardene House. Is what all Health care professionals should strive to be. One of my hens had been attacked and her leg was so badly broken she had to be put to sleep. This was horrific. Austin took time and care to ensure Lindsey "faded away peacefully" his words. He was sensitive, he cared and he made me feel Lindsey (my hen) mattered to him. My girl died peacefully in my arms. It was a gentle death and she did indeed fade slowly away. Austin lessened the horror . I am so grateful to him.

   I have been going to Ardene House with my pets for nearly 20 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. They have always given the best care. The staff are always happy to explain the issues my dogs have and treatments, costs. Me and my dogs have always felt welcomed to the practice and the dogs have always enjoyed their visits. The two young dogs I have now get really excited to go in and greet all staff they see, as well as enjoy all the attention (and gravy bones!) they recieve. The oldies I had before recieved the best support and care and in the event of an emergency we were seen very quickly.

   Have been with this practice for 10 years, the care my beagles have received is second to none. The nurses, reception staff are all amazing, will always try their best to accommodate an appointment and always make pets and owners welcome. Same day call backs from the vet when calling for advice. Emma our vet is amazing both my dogs love going to see her- she truly cares for all of the animals in her care. Honestly there should be an Emma in every vet practice!

   Absolutely brilliant! We’ve really struggled to find a rabbit savvy vet and Ardene House has been a breath of fresh air. Alison is amazing, and the care from the nurses and reception staff has been equally fantastic. Our 11 year old rabbit, Buddy, recently went in for a CT scan, and he has never been so comfortable with a vet, which truly shows how much they care and understand rabbits. We won’t be going back to our old vet now. Thank you so much!

   After two years I feel I'm finally getting the answers that I have been looking for . My Frenchie girl pepper has had recurring gastrointestinal issues. All the staff from the reception to the vets and nursing staff have been fantastic they have really looked after Pepper, and the vets take the time to explain exactly what's happening haven't felt rushed at all, and are more than willing to answer any questions that I have had. I only wish I had taken Pepper sooner.

   Terrible experience, my pup came out as she went in and i was charged 1100 for it. Left to worry and stress over my baby, told she may need the leg removed, then pushed to keep her another night costing even more. The next morning we got her seen as soon as our own vets were open and they were refused the xrays by vets now adrene house even when I've paid through the nose. Disgusting and I will be taking legal action against them and making sure no one else is mistreated or taken advantage of in their ir their pets time of need. Shocking to call themselves professionals.

   Not the cheapest vets you'll find... but all praise to them for the love, care and dignity they provided for our old tomcat when he was ready to pass on. A nurse and vet came to our home, and gently helped him pass on while were allowed to give him love and kisses. It was priceless. Thank you.
