   Awful experience. BEWARE, The car park management company prey on the disabled. The disabled bays are not fit for purpose and we struggled to get a wheelchair user out the vehicle due to the ramp being in a live traffic lane. It was chucking down with rain and the attendant stood and watched us struggle to offload wheelchair user and a man with dual sensory impairment. Whilst in matalan, this attendant then booked me for a 60quid fine because I forgot to display one half of our blue badge!!! After watching us struggle! What an absolute disgrace of a human. I have reported this to the council and local government as disability access issue. I will never visit that site again and I will be warning all the local support services and groups of this

   I just want to thank leanne Brown, Nick Morgan and the team for all of their help with my daughter in law carol who was taken ill. They sorted out an ambulance and ensured she was comfortable and had everything she needed until they arrived and looked after me as well. Honestly can't say thank-you enough!! Mrs Ann Kell

   Great range of stock.....but what a con!!!! I purchased two pair of joggies with a sticker price of £12 each. I noticed after purchasing that one pair had an original price tag of £10 (as well as the sticker price of £12) I brought this discrepancy to the cashier's attention and asked her why that was. She couldn't explain why. A supervisor came over and told me all the prices had gone up and that the £10 tag should have been removed. I asked why the prices had gone up from £10 to £12? She said it was because of inflation! I asked her how inflation effected existing stock out on the shelves priced up at £10?? She wanted to get the manager to explain. I asked her not to bother because I couldn't waste anymore time o. The matter. I would t be going there again. Absolutely outrageous- a 20% increase on old existing stock for no good reason

   This shop is absolutely fantastic! It’s clean, tidy, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They even make sure to give my Service Dog a warm welcome. I really appreciate their support and understanding of my disability. Rachel and her team are truly amazing!    When to get some new clothes. Remember to use or join their reward card ( Manalan ME ) also whilst in the home style dept, I noticed an Amazon locker named ( zech ) in a corner of the store

   The shop is fine, the location getting out of these car park this time of year as another story, design with one entrance and exit road for several busness, half hour to get in and half hour to out the car park, but that down to you guess it NELC highways department of planning, as permission is mostly refused to have two roads in and out, like both tescos, B&M this particular council do not like to see traffic flowing smoothly nore help the retailers.
